The information in the table below is meant to serve as a guide for documents needed to facilitate ownership updates or changes for various situations. Should additional information be required due to particular state laws or changes, notification will be provided in writing. Please allow 60 business days for the transfer to be completed or additional information requested. For your convenience, you may also find links included below for common forms for completion to assist in updating or changing ownership.

Direct Deposit
Royalty owners paid by Samson Resources may apply for their royalty payments to be deposited directly into their designated bank account. If you want to apply for payment by direct deposit, please take the following steps:

- Print the Application Form.
- Complete and sign the Application Form.
- Mail the completed and signed Application Form AND a voided check to Samson Resources at the following address:Samson Resources Owner Relations

Please allow up to 60 days for your application to be processed and for your account to be changed to Direct Deposit. If your application is not granted Samson Resources will notify you by mail and return your Application Form and voided check to you.
You must include a valid email address in the space provided on the Application Form in order to be approved for Direct Deposit. Once your account is set up on Direct Deposit, you will receive a copy of your check detail via email only and a copy will no longer be mailed to you through the postal service. You may also obtain a copy of your check detail by logging on here.
